Crafting Cart is an e-commerce initiative and part of Orbit 360, based in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, India.

1. Our Products and Services

Crafting Cart provides customized and ready-to-order products including, but not limited to:

  4. Customized business standees
  5. Branding and promotional products
  6. Personalized acrylic designs
  7. Customized display products
  8. Other business and promotional merchandise

Many products are manufactured or personalized specifically according to the customer's submitted details.

2. Order Information

Customers must provide accurate information while placing an order, including:

  1. Name
  2. Contact details
  3. Shipping address
  4. Product requirements
  5. Logo
  6. QR code
  7. Business details
  8. Text
  9. Images
  10. Design instructions

Crafting Cart is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer.

3. Customized Design Approval

For customized products, Crafting Cart may prepare a digital design or preview after receiving the order.

The customer may be asked to review or approve the design before production.

Customers must carefully check:

  1. Business name
  2. Spelling
  3. Contact information
  4. QR code
  5. Logo
  6. Design layout
  7. Product details

Once a design has been approved and production has started, major changes may not be possible.

Additional charges may apply for changes requested after approval or production has begun.

4. Customer-Supplied Content

By submitting logos, images, QR codes, trademarks, artwork, or other material, you confirm that you have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.

Crafting Cart is not responsible for copyright, trademark, intellectual-property, or ownership disputes arising from material supplied by customers.

5. Product Appearance

Because many Crafting Cart products are customized and manufactured individually, minor variations may occur in:

  1. Colour
  2. Printing
  3. Cutting
  4. Acrylic finish
  5. Size
  6. Placement
  7. Material texture

Such minor variations do not normally constitute a product defect.

Colours displayed on screens may also vary slightly from the final physical product.

6. Pricing

Product prices displayed on CraftingCart.com may change from time to time.

Applicable shipping charges, taxes, customization charges, or other fees will be displayed or communicated where applicable.

The final price confirmed at checkout or during order confirmation will apply to the order.

7. Payment

Orders may require full or partial payment before designing or production begins.

An order may not be processed until the required payment has been successfully received.

8. Cancellation

Because our products may be designed and manufactured specifically for each customer, cancellation may not be available after designing, printing, cutting, manufacturing, or production has started.

Customers should contact Crafting Cart immediately if they need to request an order change or cancellation.

Approval of any cancellation request remains at Crafting Cart's discretion depending on the stage of the order.

9. Refunds

Customized products are generally non-refundable.

10. Shipping

Production and dispatch timelines vary depending on the product and customization requirements.

Our normal process is to prepare the customized design after the order is placed. The initial design is generally prepared within approximately 2 business days, after which production and dispatch are processed.

11. Delivery Delays

Estimated shipping and delivery timelines are not guaranteed.

Delays caused by courier companies, weather, public holidays, transport disruptions, incorrect addresses, remote delivery locations, or events beyond our reasonable control are not the responsibility of Crafting Cart.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

  1. Use the website for illegal purposes
  2. Attempt unauthorized access to the website
  3. Copy or misuse website content without permission
  4. Submit fraudulent orders
  5. Upload malicious files
  6. Interfere with website functionality

13. Intellectual Property

The Crafting Cart name, website content, original graphics, product photographs, layouts, and proprietary designs may be protected intellectual property.

They may not be copied, reproduced, or commercially used without written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crafting Cart and Orbit 360 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, subject to applicable law.
