Thank you for shopping with Crafting Cart, an e-commerce initiative and part of Orbit 360.

Most products sold through CraftingCart.com are customized, personalized, printed, engraved, cut, designed, or manufactured according to the customer's specific requirements.

No Refund Policy

All orders placed on CraftingCart.com are non-refundable.

Once an order has been placed and payment has been successfully completed, no refund will ordinarily be provided.

This policy applies especially to customized products including:

  1. Acrylic designs
  2. QR standees
  3. Google Review standees
  4. Customized business standees
  5. Personalized acrylic products
  6. Printed branding products
  7. Business promotional displays
  8. Custom-designed products
  9. Made-to-order products

Design Approval

For customized orders, customers may receive a digital design or preview before production.

Customers are responsible for checking all information before approving the design, including:

  1. Name and spelling
  2. Business information
  3. Logo
  4. QR code
  5. Phone number
  6. Address
  7. Colours
  8. Layout
  9. Other customization details

Once the customer has approved the design and production begins, changes, cancellations, replacements, or refunds may not be available.

Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

Crafting Cart will not provide a refund or free replacement where the final product contains an error resulting from incorrect information, images, QR codes, logos, spellings, addresses, or instructions supplied or approved by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

Our general policy is no refunds.

However, if you receive a product that is materially damaged during delivery or materially different from the approved order, contact Crafting Cart as soon as possible after delivery with clear photographs and an unboxing video where available.

We may review the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, correction, or other resolution at our discretion and subject to applicable consumer law.

Approval of a replacement does not automatically create an entitlement to a cash refund.

Colour and Minor Variations

Minor differences in colour, printing, acrylic finish, dimensions, cutting, positioning, or texture may occur because products are individually manufactured.

Minor variations are not normally considered defects and do not qualify for refunds.

Order Cancellation

Customized orders cannot generally be cancelled once design work, production, printing, cutting, engraving, or manufacturing has begun.

If you contact us immediately after ordering, we may review the request, but cancellation is not guaranteed.
